个人简介:张榕彬,男,博士,广东揭阳人,硕士生导师。2012年毕业于华南理工大学信息工程专业,获工学学士学位。2015年毕业于华南理工大学电子与通信工程专业,获工程硕士学位,华南理工大学优秀硕士研究生创新基金获得者(专业实践优秀研究生)。2020年毕业于香港城市大学电机工程系,获哲学博士学位。2020年11月受聘为汕头大学电子工程系讲师。长期从事无线通信资源优化、信号处理、性能分析等方向的理论研究工作,内容涉及无线资源分配、波束赋形及预编码器优化设计、非正交多址接入、智能反射面、协作通信、异构网络干扰管理等,目标是提升各种无线通信系统的资源利用率和可靠性。成果发表于IEEE TSP、IEEE TVT、IEEE COMML、IEEE IoTJ、IEEE GLOBECOM等学术期刊及会议。主持广东省自然科学基金项目2项。担任广东省基础与应用基础研究基金项目评审专家。担任IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOMM、IEEE TVT、IEEE COMML、IEEE WCL等学术期刊审稿人。获“‘大唐杯’全国大学生新一代信息通信技术大赛优秀指导教师”称号。
Biography: Dr. Rongbin ZHANG was born in Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, China. He received the B.Eng. degree in information engineering and the M.Eng. degree in electronics and communication engineering both from the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2012 and 2015, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, in 2020. Since November 2020, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shantou University, Shantou, Guangdong, China. His research interests are in the area of wireless communications and signal processing with a particular emphasis on radio resource allocation, MIMO beamforming/precoding design, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), intelligent reflecting surface (IRS), cooperative communications, and interference management for heterogeneous networks (HetNet).
