魏楚亮,博士、教授。于英国利物浦大学取得学士和博士学位。入选广东省高校优秀青年教师培养计划。曾为香港理工大学智能铁路研究中心研究员。参与或主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、广东省科技计划、欧盟STREP框架计划、广东省高校学科与专业建设专项、广东省质量工程等项目20余项,发表国际期刊或会议论文50余篇,申请或授权发明专利10余项,获广东省教学成果二等奖2项。研究兴趣包括:智能信息处理、智能感知、智慧城市、智慧医疗、电力电子等。
