个人简介:

蔡垂浦,博士,汕头大学工学院计算机系副教授,汕头大学“卓越人才”计划优秀青年人才。主要研究兴趣为人工智能视角下的生物医药问题探索,包括基于机器学习的药物与天然产物的虚拟筛选、毒性评价和靶标识别;基于创新网络算法与多组学数据的复杂疾病精准医疗;基于系统药理学的中药及复方的作用机制分析等方面的交叉应用研究。近五年来,以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在《J Chem Inf Model》《Food Chem Toxicol》《Front Pharmacol》等期刊发表SCI论文9篇,并担任多个学术期刊审稿专家。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、中国博士后科学基金面上资助等项目。
