个人简介:
蔡垂浦,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。主要研究兴趣为人工智能视角下的生物医药问题探索,包括基于机器学习的药物与天然产物的虚拟筛选、毒性评价和靶标识别;基于创新网络算法与多组学数据的复杂疾病精准医疗;基于系统药理学的中药及复方的作用机制分析等方面的交叉应用研究。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在《J Chem Inf Model》《Food Chem Toxicol》《Front Pharmacol》等期刊发表SCI论文16篇,主编英文编著一部。受邀担任Discover Oncology, Front Pharmacol, Front Neurosci期刊的客座主编及评审编辑、Brain Sciences期刊的专题顾问委员会委员等,同时兼任J Chem Inf Model,Neurochem Res, Phytother Res等多个学术期刊审稿专家。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、广东省自然科学基金青年提升项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助等科研项目5项,教育部教指委等教改项目2项,累计主持项目经费超过120万元。
