报告摘要：

非同分布环境下的监督学习算法研究，是机器学习中的一个重要问题。本报告将介绍一种基于概率分布对齐的算法来解决这个问题。算法通过学习一个神经网络表征函数，在网络表征空间中对齐多个概率分布，以此解决概率分布的差异性问题。在若干个图像数据集上的实验表明了算法的有效性。

Learning from non-identically distributed data is an important problem in machine learning. This report will introduce a probability distribution alignment based algorithm to address such a problem. The algorithm learns a neural network representation function to align multiple probability distributions in the network representation space, so as to address the distribution difference. The experiments on several image datasets verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
