In accordance with the requirements set forth in the 2026 Ph.D. Admissions Guide of Shantou University, the College of Engineering has conducted comprehensive assessments for applicants who have advanced to the review stage for the Ph.D. program in Civil Engineering. The assessment results are hereby announced (see attached).

Any units or individuals with differing opinions are requested to submit their feedback in writing to the Department of Civil and Smart Construction Engineering no later than 17:30 on April 28. Feedback from units must be affixed with an official seal, and feedback from individuals must bear a genuine signature to indicate responsibility.
