Our college adheres to a strategy that combines the introduction of external talent with the cultivation of existing personnel. We continuously strengthen and adjust the structure of the faculty, enhance the overall quality of our teaching staff, and provide strong support for talent cultivation and scientific research. Our faculty currently includes a number of internationally and domestically renowned professors, such as fellows of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. At present, we have formed a full-time and part-time faculty team with a reasonably balanced structure, strong combat effectiveness, a strong sense of reform orientation, academic excellence, and a global perspective.
