On the afternoon of April 24, the Postgraduate Party Branch of the Department of Electronic Engineering, College of Engineering, visited Shantou Waima Road No.4 Primary School to hold a popular science activity titled "The 'Dancing Bird' – The Magical Electromagnetic Effect".
Drawing on their professional expertise, Party members of the postgraduate branch delivered systematic and vivid lectures centered on the basic electronic knowledge of magnetic effect of electric current.
Activity Review
During the hands-on session, under the guidance of postgraduate Party members, pupils received materials and assembled simple electronic experiment kits, connected electromagnetic coils, and observed the experimental phenomena.
In the atmosphere of “learning by doing”, abstract electronic knowledge was transformed into intuitive sensory experience. The event was lively and students participated enthusiastically.
