On April 26, the 3D Innovation · 3D Product Design and Manufacturing Competition, as part of the 2026 "Eaton Cup" Science and Technology Innovation Festival, was successfully held in Lecture Hall 6 of the Sangpu Mountain Campus. One first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes were awarded in this competition, providing an excellent platform for innovative talents to showcase creativity and improve skills.

The entries focused on practical daily applications, cultural and creative designs, industrial models and other fields, integrating 3D modeling, digital design and physical production, which fully demonstrated the design ability and practical skills of contemporary college students.

Judges Gao Changqing and Mao Zhongfa evaluated the works from multiple perspectives including creativity, modeling effect, manufacturing technology and practical value, and conducted in-depth exchanges with participants, effectively enhancing students’ engineering design ability and innovative thinking.

By focusing on 3D design and manufacturing, this competition built a practical and communication platform, helping students turn creative ideas into tangible works. It reflects the college’s educational philosophy of promoting practice and learning through competitions.
