"Wall Paintings Refresh the Community, Craftsmanship Builds the Future"

From March to April 2026, the Youth Volunteer Association of the College of Engineering and the "Colorful Splendor" Task Force jointly carried out the third phase of the volunteer service activity "Wall Paintings Refresh the Community, Craftsmanship Builds the Future" in Jicheng Community, Dahua Subdistrict. With youthful brushstrokes, they added color and vitality to the community.
With brushes on the walls, youth takes root in the community. The "Colorful Splendor" Task Force integrated professional knowledge with volunteer services and grew through grassroots practice. Jicheng Community has been revitalized by these vibrant colors, with both living environment and cultural atmosphere significantly improved.
By entering the community and serving the grassroots through wall painting, students from the College of Engineering have narrowed the distance between the university and the community, fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility and commitment of STU youth. It is a vivid practice of young students working together to build a happy community with their brushes.
