On the afternoon of April 13, Zeng Muhua, Recruitment Supervisor of Dongguan Sunwoda Technology Co., Ltd., Wu Xuan, HR Specialist, and Fu Enze, an alumnus of the college, visited the College of Engineering. Zhang Guihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Engineering, Professor Bao Nengsheng from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Zhu Guang, Director of the College Office, Zhang Kailiang, Director of the Communist Youth League Committee, and Wang Wan, a counselor, attended the symposium.

Zhang Guihua extended a warm welcome to the enterprise delegation and expressed the hope that the two sides would further strengthen ties and maintain communication in internship practice, graduate recruitment and other fields, so as to provide more job opportunities and development platforms for students. Based on the college’s talent training and specialty construction, Zhu Guang suggested promoting practical teaching guided by real enterprise scenarios, optimizing practical training modules in accordance with post competency requirements, and improving students’ post adaptability and job readiness.

Zeng Muhua introduced the development history, global layout, market position and talent demand of Dongguan Sunwoda Technology Co., Ltd. She also shared the company’s achievements and mature models in university-enterprise cooperation, such as co-constructing industrial colleges, on-campus and off-campus training bases, and jointly developing curricula with multiple universities.

During the discussion session, Professor Bao Nengsheng exchanged views with the enterprise on specific cooperation details including internship duration and conducting graduation projects in enterprises. The two sides also discussed talent cultivation, graduate recruitment and in-depth cooperation, and exchanged ideas on future cooperation directions such as co-building internship bases and jointly developing courses.

The symposium enhanced mutual understanding between the university and the enterprise, and reached preliminary consensus on intern recruitment, graduate employment and improved cooperation mechanisms, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation between the College of Engineering and Dongguan Sunwoda Technology Co., Ltd.
