I. Activity Objectives
Guided by the principle of “Advancement and Mutual Benefit,” the Growth Salon aims to promote the concepts of college reform, listen to students’ voices, and build a platform for faculty and students to exchange ideas, share experiences, and enhance overall quality. It continuously facilitates student growth as well as the reform and development of the college, achieving a “mutual benefit” for the college, faculty, and students.
II. Activity Content
Invite college leaders to introduce recent developments in college reform and engage in interactive discussions with students.
Invite faculty members from various disciplines to form interdisciplinary project guidance teams, sharing research insights and the latest developments in their respective fields.
Invite psychology experts to hold discussions with students, addressing issues related to mental health, academic challenges, and life pressures.
Invite outstanding alumni and current students to share experiences and exchange views on academic studies, career development, and postgraduate entrance examinations, among other topics.
