To thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on national energy security, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for the Party building leading the League building, guide Party members and young League members to integrate professional knowledge into practice, help teenagers establish safety self-protection awareness, safeguard physical and mental health and plan life ideals, the Undergraduate Party Branch of Mechanical Engineering, together with the "Care for Growth, Share Safety Together" Publicity Group and the Youth Service Team of Shantou Operation Area, South China Company of China National Pipeline Network Group, walked into Aihua Middle School in Fuchang Community to carry out the 40th session of "Youth Under the Party Flag" on December 24 and December 31, 2025. Through five themed publicity lectures with diverse and innovative forms, the activity sowed the seeds of energy security and future dreams in teenagers' hearts.

The publicity lectures turned General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on energy security into vivid and accessible language, and explained the close connection between national energy security and personal daily life in a simple and in-depth way through innovative forms such as theoretical classes, knowledge Q&A and situational interpretation. In the process of building concrete pipeline models and conducting simulated evacuation drills, teenagers were guided to understand core knowledge including pipeline types, transportation methods and warning signs. They were encouraged to start from themselves, master the response measures for pipeline leakage proficiently, establish the safety norms of "no touching, no damaging and timely reporting", and strive to be "family safety propagandists" and "community pipeline guardians", thus internalizing the grand national strategy into their conscious responsibilities and concrete actions.

To enhance the appeal and impact of pipeline safety education, the publicity group set up a viewing and learning session of the film The Bravest. The thrilling emergency rescue scenes in the film, especially the segments involving oil and gas pipeline emergencies, made teenagers deeply feel the serious consequences of pipeline safety breaches and the heroic dedication of the fire rescue team who united as one to safeguard safety through intuitive and shocking visual language. The interactive discussion after the viewing not only consolidated the theoretical knowledge learned in the publicity lectures, but also aroused teenagers' reverence for safety norms at the emotional level, making the concept of "safety is no trivial matter" take deep root in their hearts and building a complete safety cognition system from knowledge to emotion and from cognition to recognition.

The most futuristic part of the activity was the "AI Dreamer" interactive session. Here, teenagers spoke their minds freely about their future career dreams, and members of the publicity group used artificial intelligence image generation technology to visualize the teenagers' dreams in real time and generate photos of them wearing professional clothes and devoting themselves to relevant fields in the future. This innovative form not only made teenagers marvel at the charm of science and technology, but also cleverly connected their personal career ideals with the national energy security and scientific and technological innovation cause, igniting their lofty aspirations of safeguarding the national lifeline with wisdom and science and technology, and realizing the perfect integration of energy safety education, career planning enlightenment and scientific and technological innovation incentive.
