报告摘要:
This talk focuses on applications of Bayesian approach in solving inverse problems in the area of damage detection and modal identification. One of the advantages of the Bayesian approach is that it not only identifies the results but also quantifies the associated uncertainties. The talk first reviews Bayesian statistical framework and Bayesian modal class selection method, and then discusses their applications in vibration-based and guided wave-based damage detection problems done by the speakers in last couple of years. The second part of the talk focuses on using the Bayesian approach in solving the modal identification problems, in particular, the forced vibration modal identification is the focus. After that the validation and application of a newly developed uncertain law for planning and managing uncertainties of known-input modal identification are presented and discussed.
报告人简介:吴清泰(Ching Tai Ng),现任阿德莱德大学土木与环境工程学院教授,兼任阿德莱德大学工程、计算机与数学学院副院长,专门从事结构健康监测的基础和应用研究,主要研究方向包括导波无损检测评估、系统识别、振动测试、复合材料等领域。先后于2005年和2007年获得香港城市大学一级荣誉学士以及硕士学位,2011年在澳大利亚昆士兰大学获得博士学位。主持以及参与5项澳大利亚科学基金会基金,累计发表期刊论文100余篇,出版学术专著3部。曾获多个科研成果奖,包括2014年度澳大利亚科学基金会优秀青年科学基金获得者(ARC DECRA Fellow)和2016年度The Nishino Prize获得者,现为澳大利亚结构健康监测协会执行委员会委员、国际著名期刊Engineering Structures和Structural Health Monitoring-An International Journal副主编
