Zheng Xiaoyue is a senior partner and patent lawyer of guangzhou huajin united patent & trademark agency co., LTD. She graduated from the department of modern applied physics of tsinghua university with a bachelor of science degree. Zheng Xiaoyue lawyer engaged in patent agency work since 1996, acting a large number of domestic and foreign patent applications, invalid and infringement lawsuit, has a solid theoretical foundation for intellectual property law and intellectual property affairs of practical experience for many years, in optical, household appliances and medical equipment in the areas of patent application and protection of intellectual property rights，she has rich experience. Zheng xiaoyue was elected to the intellectual property expert database of haidian district government in Beijing in 2017. In 2018, she participated in the preparation of 《Patent application strategies for foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan》，which would be published by intellectual property press.
