癌症基因组学、生物信息学、模式识别
沈文君,毕业于香港城市大学计算机科学系;斯坦福大学访问学者。现为汕头大学医学院生物信息教研室,副教授、硕士生导师。主要研究方向包括癌症基因组学、生物信息学和模式识别,在Foundations of Computational Mathematics,Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research, Cell Reports Methods, Cancers, Frontiers in Microbiology, Knowledge-Based Systems, Pattern Recognition等重要期刊上发表论文20余篇。
