个人简介:

陈亮博士,汕头大学工学院计算机系副教授。主要研究方向为机器学习、生物大数据分析、数据整合与挖掘、疾病生物标志物挖掘、非编码RNA等。长期从事基于生物医学大数据的精准医学、基因组学方法学的研究,开发相应的生物信息学工具和数据库。在《Briefings in bioinformatics》、《EBioMedicine》、《Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics》等国际知名期刊上发表多篇论文,并担任《The Lancet Infectious Diseases》、《BMC Systems Biology》等杂志审稿人。
