Name:Sun Haojun
Position:Department chairman / Professor

    Dr. Haojun Sun is a Professor in Department of Computer Science, College of Engineering, Shantou University. He got the Ph. D. in the Department of Computer Science, University¨¦ De Sherbrooke, Canada, in 2005. His research interests lie in the area of Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Image Processing, Information Retrieval. He has authored or co-authored more than 30 publications in refereed journal and refereed conference proceedings.  Since 1982, he has become a teacher in university. At 2007, he came to Shantou University.

Teaching Courses:

Neural Network, Orient-Object and Windows Programming, Algorithm design and analysis, Programming Methodology, Data Structure, Probabilities and Statistic, Software Engineering , Discrete Mathematics.
